Warning: Avoid this hotel The property is located right next to a train line, with loud noise continuing throughout the night.The so-called “breakfast” is misleading—there was no early morning service, and the dining room was completely empty. I was also surprised that even basic amenities, such as disposable slippers, were not provided in the room. Communication was difficult, as the front desk staff spoke very limited English. The worst experience, however, was with their shuttle service. I called an hour in advance to confirm and was told to wait at the designated terminal area, but the shuttle never arrived. I had no choice but to take a taxi. When I asked the front desk to cover the fare, the manager insisted I pay first and promised reimbursement through Expedia. That reimbursement never happened, despite multiple emails sent directly to the hotel and through Expedia. This hotel was dishonest and unhelpful throughout my stay. I strongly do not recommend it.

Very clean hotel with convenient location. The only thing I didn't like was that you have to reserve the airport shuttle a full day in advance; since our flight was delayed we missed the shuttle and had to find another way to the hotel.

No beer before 6PM Absolutely no check in before 3PM and kind of unfriendly. No restaurant that we could find. Electric outlets were broken and two lamps didn’t work.

The hotel was clean and comfort as we transit from long flight from overseas. Love free shuttle to airport to hotel in both way as well. I included the breakfast and nice, only thing I suggest breakfast time should exteded after 10am. Enjoy our stay. Thanks for the staff.
