タクシーを呼んでいただいたとき、スタッフの方が通りまで来てくださり、行き先などを運転手の方に伝えてくださいました。細やかなフォローありがとうございました。洗面台のところの照明がもっと明るいといいのにと思いました。

新しいタオルに髪の毛がついていたり、持っていった歯ブラシを置いておいたら清掃の時に捨てられたりしました。しかし、部屋は快適でしたし、スタッフも優しかったです。

직원 cs교육 개선 및 룸 컨디션관련

2025.07.29 화요일 밤부터 07.30수요일 아침8시까지 근무했던 직원이 너무 예의도없고 거짓말도 하며 상당히불쾌했습니다. 직원들의 cs교육을 하셔야할거같아요 차량 관리한다며 차키달라해놓고 어떤손님의 차가 사이드미러 접지도 않고 운전석으로 탑승하지못하게 주차해놔서 직원에게 요청드리니 보조석으로 들어가서 탑승하라고 합니다^^ 근데 차량특성상 보조석에서 운전석으로 갈수없습니다. 말씀드렸더니 한숨 쉬면서 제운전석을 막은 차량은 고객이 건들지말라 했다면서 보조석으로 들어가라고 다시 얘기하길레 저는 보조석으로 시도했지만 불가능해서 처다보니 다시 한숨쉬며 운전석을 막은 차를 빼서 다른곳에주차하고 오면서 저에게 퉁명스럽게 하...쯧 하면서 갑니다. 저는 어머니랑 같이 방문한 상태여서 꾹참고 그냥 보냈지만 이건 정말 아닌거 같습니다. 그리고 월요일 저녁9시도착하여 응대했던 직원분은 친철하였습니다 디럭스더블룸에서 트윈으로 업그레이드 해주셔서 너무고마웠지만, 룸청소컨디션 상태가 좋지않았습니다. 당시 룸에 체크아웃이안된 손님으로 인해 약40분후 방문 원한다하여 시간맞춰 체크인을 하고 들어갔더니 머리카락과 바닥에 이물질이 있었고 마지막날 아침 이불정리 하는 도중 이불의 붉은자국(혈흔으로추정)이 있었습니다.. 상당히 불쾌했고 개선이 적극필요해보입니다. 그리고 315호는 잘때 창문쪽에서 삐걱 삐걱소리가 주기적으로 계속나서 취침시 불편합니다.

Buen hotel calidad/precio genial

Buen hotel, buen precio, desayuno bastante bueno.Habitación bonita, gran bañera-jacuzzi ademas de la ducha.Gran pantalla de televisión. La limpieza no era muy buena ya que habia polvo por todas las paredes que como eran de madera color negras se veia bastante. Los colchones no muy buenos, por lo demas todo bien. También pedimos comida para cenar del restaurante (room service) y era bastante buena y bien de precio.

룸은 크고 좋았지만 다만 담배냄새가 너무많이 베여있어서 더운날씬데도 창문을 계속 열고있었어요 다른건 좋았어요 재방문 의사 있어요

ポップコーンとドリップコーヒーはありがたい。地元の人が利用するモーテル。フロントは英語も日本語も通じないのもあり、朝食は隣のホテルで提供されていることも説明がなかったので、1回目の朝食は逃した。かなり韓国語できないと厳しい。

너무 너무 좋았습니다

친구들과 함께 가끔씩 파자마 파티를 합니다 여러 호텔을 다녀봤지만 이번엔 너무 훌륭해서 앞으로는 이곳을 계속 이용하기로 해습니다 우리 인원이 4명이라 더블침대 두개가 있는 방을 예약 했는데 체크인하고 들어가보니 고급 안마기도 있고 컴퓨터도 두대가 있더군요 큰 욕조도 있고 더 놀란것은 핀란드 사우나도 있었습니다 그리고 주방이 있고 조리도구가 있어서 음식을 해 먹을 수도 있었어요 또한 컴퓨터로 메뉴를 보고 음식과 주류, 음료를 주문하면 배달도 해 주어서 편했습니다 앞으로 계속 이용 하겠습니다
