The main reason I selected this hotel was its location and also free airport shuttle service mentioned. When I asked the hotel where to wait for the shuttle, was notified that there is no airport pickup. Instead they provided detailed information about subway to the hotel. Next morning on the shuttle bus, I was told that it goes only terminal 1, not T2 I need to go. I had to take the airport shuttle from T1 to T2, which took more than 40 minutes including waiting time. They should have shown what service they really provide. Other than that I was happy with the facility.

Comfortable rooms, friendly service, and only 2 stops from Terminal 1. Handy little self service snack area in the basement, with cereal, sandwich fixings, ramen, and juices. Very convenient if you don't feel like going anywhere. Nice big tv and great wifi.

The hotel is a good value, perfect for a night near the Incheon (Seoul) airport. The rooms are clean, comfy and a basic breakfast is available anytime. To get there from the airport, take the subway two stops and walk 3 blocks. The hotel offers a free morning van service back to the airport. There are excellent dining options a few steps from the hotel. We’d stay here again.

I chose to book a room through the Expedia because I trusted the platform, but the actual experience was extremely disappointing. The issues I encountered are as follows: 1. Serious misinformation: The booking page did not indicate that the shuttle service was limited to a specific terminal (only to Terminal 1). As a result, I was left waiting at the airport for a pick-up that never arrived. There was no clear mention of this limitation anywhere on your website, which caused significant inconvenience. 2. Poor room conditions: The room door was damaged and had no lock at all, which poses a serious safety risk. This is completely inconsistent with the images and descriptions shown on your website.
