Our newly remodeled two story condo features three bedrooms and two bathrooms offering lots of closet space on the first floor. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean up any dog doo, give us a heads up if the barbecue tank is low, return garage, remotes and Bose speaker back in drawer, and give us a heads up if anything was damaged or needs to be replaced.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Should any damage exceed the damage deposit, guest agrees to pay the balance within five (5) business days after receiving notification.
