Take in inspiring alpine views through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area. In the evening, light the gas fireplace and settle in to watch your favorite shows on the 62-inch smart TV with Bose surround sound. The lofted office is outfitted with a full-size sleeper sofa, a desk, and a TV.

Prepare hearty meals in the sleek gourmet kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and a full suite of high-end appliances. While dinner simmers, fix a drink at the wine bar then take a seat at the kitchen counter with seating for four. When it's time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table.

This three-story condo has three bedrooms and the lofted office's sleeper sofa. The primary suite features a gas fireplace, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms both have electric fireplaces; the two guest bathrooms include heated floors, custom vanities, and walk-in showers. Additional amenities include free WiFi and a washer/dryer.

Drive just a few minutes to Diamond Peak Ski Resort or tee off at Incline Village Golf Course one mile away. You'll also be two miles from a host of dining, shopping, and entertainment options in Incline Village; just over two miles from the Flume Trail; five miles from Sand Harbor Beach; and less than eight miles from Kings Beach State Recreational Area.

THINGS TO KNOW
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
The fire table cannot be turned on due to local fire regulations.
This home is not equipped with air conditioning.
