The room was very clean. I could not get the heat to come up. After several times of trying top adjust the heat I just left it. The main complaint I have is when I pre-booked my room I was quoted $118 for the night. When I checked my charge slip I was charged $160. I just noticed this and have not had a chance to call about the change. I feel that is a significant increase than what I was quoted. Hopefully there can be some kind of adjustment to my card? Thank you.

The customer service team are great! Very professional, polite, great eye contact and very knowledgeable. The team member that handled the morning breakfast service is fast and on top of things and kept the dining area super clean. The hotel is very clean from the lobby to the rooms. The room we stayed in had extra hooks in the wall - totally functional for travel items. We will stay here again when needed.

The hotel was without any tv service...couldn't stay in touch with the news and weather (winter storm warning) and also couldn't watch ball games in room...should have a least received a discount, instead of sorry your out of luck statement from the hotel service clerk.

Clean room, very polite at front desk. Best part of breakfast was the cheese omelet. The only thing i would improve on, the room was to be an accessible room, no handicap seat in the shower.
