When we did our bookinh online there was never anything about a $100 deposit. It was just 2 adults no kids no pets nothing special at all...this was very unprofessional of tge management. Aa we were checking out we got stopped as why we didn't bribg the $100 i said ww are checking out and the manager still asked me for a deposit now ir qas $20, so itook it our put it on the counter and said we will nevee be back..

Mostly seemed like a bad part of town, but hard to say exactly. Not much they can do about that. On the plus side the pub across the street called the Library was a nice upscale diversion.

Not perfect but pretty good

We stayed for the annual GenCon in Indy. The room comfortable and had plenty of room for suitcases, costumes, and purchases. The room did have some obvious wear and tear such as small holes in the bedding, a few scratches in the paint at places, and seemed to be missing a chair based on an empty space in the room. Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a good rate with no overt problems with the room.
