Duplex

Justin was awesome to work with except for the check-in process, we did not receive the door codes and got in late so getting in was delayed, one side of the duplex was wonderful, and the other was obviously very pet-friendly. Justin worked with us and had that side completely re-cleaned.

Be aware a cat lives in the home

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The listing said pet friendly, no mention that a cat lived in the unit on the left. The owner keeps a cat locked in a cage in the basement. My family is allergic to cats. There were balls of cat hair everywhere in the home and it smelled terrible. We had to purchase air mattresses so we could all sleep in the unit on the right. The cat meowed the entire time we were there. When we asked the owner about it he said it was his cat that lived there. After we expressed concern for our allergy to the cat he promptly added cat to his VRBO listing description. Quite shady. The house is listed to sleep 12 people. There were 2 king beds, 2 queens, a sofa bed and a couch. The couch isn’t a bed and shouldn’t be considered one. The only way to fit two people on it was to sleep in a fetal position. It’s a couch, not a bed. Quite ridiculous. Overall terrible experience. I would not recommend nor stay in this unit again.
