Winggate had holes in the wings.

We had a room that had a toilet running the entire first day there. Also the Tv apps didn't work, the microwave and hair dryer also barely worked, if not cut completely off. We asked for assistance, no one replied. We asked to switch rooms and they wanted to charge us for the inconvenience for the move.

Overall building housekeeping was poor. Trash can in restroom in lobby area was overflowing. Reported to desk clerk and it was emptied. Trash cans in dining area with lids that had lids with handles that had to be opened by hand. Didn’t think that was real sanitary since the lids and handles weren’t very clean. Walls in both elevators were full of streaks/fingerprints. Dining area side tables and artificial plants needed dusting. Transition strip on floor in dining area appeared to be damaged and held down with some type of tape. Carpet in the room was torn but still intact. No plastic bag in the room for dirty laundry.
