Aside from being under renovation, the place is just genuinely dirty. A perfect example of this is the women’s bathroom in the pool area. For three days a used menstrual pad and toilet paper/paper towels with human waste sat on the bathroom floor. For three days, it was probably still there this morning at checkout. And the men’s bathroom wasn’t much better, urine stains on the seat and stuff in the sink. Again, it was like that for at least three days. This is the worst hotel pool area I’ve ever seen. Garbage was left on the deck overnight, there seems to be algae growing in certain spots. Just absolutely filthy. The rooms were okay, floors could use a broom and mop/swiffer. The bedding had unknown stains. Again just a genuinely dirty place.

Upstairs was under construction, although there was no improvement/change during our 4 days there. The hottub was dirty, various hair, lint, and other debris floating in the water. Barn doors on the bathrooms were something that our 3-rooms worth of guest could ALL agree are a terrible idea. On the PLUS side, the breakfast was fantastic, the service was great, and the hotel shuttle was super handy since we rented a car from somewhere not located at the airport. The bed was comfortable enough, it wasn't too noisy, and overall it was an ok stay.

The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. My only complaint is the bed pillows. They are too small and not enough. I asked for more pillows twice but never received them. Other than that, it was a great stay!
