SECURITY CAMERA: We have a ring doorbell, ring camera on garage entrance and ring camera side of the house for security reasons.

NO PETS: No pets allowed due to homeowners severe allergies. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $ 250, and you will be asked to leave.

FIRES: Absolutely no fires inside or out. unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $ 250 plus damages.

POOL HEATING: If you would like the pool heated, please notify us prior to your Check-In date as there is an additional charge of $75 per day that must be paid via the VRBO app.
Pool CLEANING: Pool cleaning happens twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) around noon time. Please let us know if your group wants privacy and prefers to skip pool cleaning one day before.

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for Weather or Natural disasters
