Montage is everything you have been looking for. This beautiful home is 3,600 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, everyone will have space to relax! Nestled in a private, gated community just minutes away from festivals, golf, shopping, dining, spas, tennis and casinos you'll never lack for entertainment! All furniture, mattresses, bedding, towels, decor is brand new as of April 2016. We purchased this home and remodeled it from top to bottom.

Outdoors: The very private and newly redone backyard features a saltwater pool and spa surrounded by chase lounge chairs, palms, bougainvillea, rose bushes, and fruit trees. Enjoy one of many areas for everyone to sit. The large fire pit has comfortable seating for 8 and is perfect to relax and enjoy great conversation on a desert night. There are several other outdoor seating options with 4 chaise lounge chairs, a couch/chair set with seating for 9. Grill up your dinner on the oversized BBQ and dine at the 8 person outdoor table. Also enjoy, Bocce ball or croquet on one of two grass areas to play on. This backyard is truly private with no immediate rear property neighbors to obstruct your views. We are on the outer wall of the community backing to a private desert with near total privacy.

Indoors: The gourmet kitchen with slab granite is a chef's dream and is fully stocked with top of the line equipment. Gas range with pot filler, double ovens, microwave and refrigerator with ice and water. The kitchen bar has seating for 5 and the large kitchen table seating for 8 with gorgeous large oversized wicker chairs at the heads of the table.

Great Room: comfortable sectional sofa, large 60" screen HDSmartTV, gas fireplace, private desk, full backyard/pool views. There is also a powder room half bathroom located between the Great room and the Billiards room.

Billiards Room: Located just off the kitchen and main entrance is a brand new pool table for your enjoyment. 4 pool room bar chairs with a place for your drink on each wall. It too has double doors that view the beautiful view of trees, flowers, and grass area. (soon to come: Mrs.Pac Man & Pac Man, Galaga Gaming system with over 400 games to choose form and 55" wall mounted HDSmartTV)

Bedroom Descriptions:

Master Suite: King-size bed, 55" HDSmartTV, ceiling fan, and private double glass doors to the pool & spa. Get ready for a long luxurious soak in the oversize bathtub. Large oversized shower, granite counters and dual sinks. it also has a spacious walk-in closet. Lastly, relax when you're are ready for bed with a bedside ADT alarm system tablet that will allow you to arm, disarm, check the weather sports and news all from the comfort of your bed.

Suite 2: is located in the private courtyard detached casita. The Casita is the only room in the house that is decorated with more of a comfortable mid-century modern look. It has a Queen bed, HDSmartTV, ceiling fan with views of the pool. Private, en suite bath with large, tiled shower. It has a single glass door to the private front courtyard.

Suite 3: the "double door" room located in the middle of the house has a comfortable Queen size bed, 55" HDSmartTV, ceiling fan and double glass doors to the private front courtyard. There is a full bath and shower in the hallway.

Suite 4: is located at the front of the house with 2 full size beds, HDSmartTV, ceiling fan, en suite bath with large, tiled shower, and large walk in closet.

Suite 5: is also located at the front of the house with 2 bunk beds. 2 full size beds on bottom and 2 twin size beds on top, ceiling fan, and full bath and shower across the hallway. It too has a single glass door to the private front courtyard.

Great place to stay

This place was awesome! Our family had such a great time spending my daughter birthday. The overall stay was great. Most of all the host was available at all times and answering all my messages. Great house with everything you need.

The house was clean and had plenty of space to spread out. We spent most of the time in the back yard and the pool and hot tub were great with ample towels. The kitchen can easily accommodate meals for a large group. We would stay there again.

Great House with Everyone You'll Need!

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament with 2 other families. The house worked perfectly for our group and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, making it easy to cook for the kids before and after games. They even had everything we needed at the tournament such as chairs and coolers. Great house and great house! The owner was responsive and very hospitable at every turn. Highly recommend this rental!

Family Reunion 2023

Great House and Accommodating Host

If you are visiting the Indian Wells area with a group, THIS IS THE HOUSE FOR YOU! Wonderful house, lots of beds, close enough to everything. Ken is a great host with consistent helpful communication and responsive to any questions or needs. The only downside of our amazing weekend was difficulty getting Uber rides in Indio.

Great golf trip option!

this was a great property for a buddies’ golf trip. Tons of room, TVs in every room, pool table, pool, spa, fire pit and more. Property was in decent shape for a location that probably gets a lot of use. Each time we experienced an issue, the property owner was quick to respond. The location was excellent. Ten to fifteen minutes to very course we played.

Beautiful House, Amazing Stay!

I booked this house for my family and I to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We all loved it! It was so spacious - we were a party of 12. The house was beautiful and very clean! The backyard has a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, tv…you name it. My teenage nieces and nephew loved the pool table and Pac-Man in the game room. Restaurants, supermarkets, Target, Costco were minutes away. Our host was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A Gem in the Desert

I have rented several homes in Palm Springs and neighboring cities and by far this has been the best home. Ken is a very experienced host and was always available for any questions. The house was great from the well equipped kitchen, to the cozy decor, the clean smelling sheets, plenty of pool towels and bath towels. The beds were all very comfortable, the only beds that weren’t were the bunk beds. The bottom bunks were fine, but being on the top felt a little unstable and was rocking back and forth so we used a cot instead which was totally fine. My family and I had such a fun, relaxing time and spent most of our time in the salt water pool. Thank you Ken for sharing your home with us. We highly recommend this home and it is also very close to the restaurants, coffee shops, Costco, etc.

Perfect For a Family

This home is packed with everything one would need while away. The home is big enough to give a family space, but cozy and warm. We extended our stay since it was hard to leave. The pool was a hit with the kiddos. Pool towels and outdoor games were available. Check-in was a breeze. Ken is awesome and responds quickly. We never had an issue. We hope to return soon!

Perfect Coachella House

This house was absolutely perfect for a Coachella festival weekend with friends. Ken was so accommodating and welcoming. He even delivered cases of beer, soda, water and breakfast for us on Friday. We had so much fun and would absolutely recommend this place!

Best House in Indio!

This home is simply wonderful. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt blessed to have found it. The home is gorgeous, the neighborhood was quiet and the backyard is beautiful and very private. The home is comfortably furnished with all that you could need. Our teens loved the candy room, arcade, pool table and TV on the back patio. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and hot tub and loved that the backyard doesn't face any homes so we had complete privacy. We also loved all the backyard furnishings and that there was plenty of afternoon shade. This home set the bar high for VRBO expectations and we hope to return one day soon!

Perfection

I loved this house for a girl's weekend! Enough space to comfortably fit 12 adults. The primary bedroom bed is so comfy, and the suite is grand. The pool area is such a retreat. Would definitely recommend and come back to stay here. The host is also responsive and very accommodating.
