Stayed for 3 nights and had no issues with anything. The welcome card for staying 3+ nights is a great bonus and saved us 30+ euros on the Nordkette trip to the top of Innsbruck. Staff was very helpful with any questions & minor requests we had throughout the whole stay. Our room also had a great view from the 10th floor. Would stay here again in the future.

Everything was good. All staff was kind and helpful! Especially the one(I think she is manager or senior staff in the hotel) who worked in breakfast restaurant gave me impressive feeling. She helped the old man to make a hot tea with a really considerate attitude. I was touched her service!

Great location, beautiful views.

The view from the room was gorgeous, especially at sunrise when we woke up, the sun was shining right on the mountain peaks. The room was very clean and comfortable, very spacious as well. The breakfast was fantastic. We loved our stay there.

An excellent base for our family trip to Innsbruck. Great location, a little out of the hustle of the city but easily walkable and with excellent transport links to all attractions & the airport. Attractive decor in communal areas and a good size room. The views are brilliant of this gorgeous city. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
