Located just a short walk from Inverloch’s surf beach, scenic reserves, and walking paths, this spacious home is the perfect spot to unwind with family and friends.

Set in a quiet court and screened by native trees, the fully enclosed backyard makes it ideal for families with young children. The home features four generous bedrooms, including a master with ensuite and walk-in robe, plus three large bedrooms off the main hallway—perfect for accommodating two families comfortably.

Enjoy two open-plan living areas, each with smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, and a central kitchen with adjoining laundry. The living areas are equipped with reverse-cycle heating and cooling, and a cosy wood-burning fire adds warmth on cooler days. Sliding doors open to an undercover alfresco area with a BBQ, perfect for relaxing while keeping an eye on the kids.

Additional features include a garage with plenty of storage for beach gear and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a fun day at the surf.

Everything we needed.

Great little 4-bedroom house in a quiet court. Spacious backyard for dog to run around. Woodfire heater, corner spa bath big enough for 2 people and plenty of towels. Little outside area with table tennis. Short stroll to the surf beach. Only recommendation would be an upgrade to the hot water system maybe. Kept running out of hot water, especially at night, even after following the booster instructions. But other than that, we would definitely rent this house again and suggest to other people.
