There his a degree of inconvenience caused by ongoing construction. Whilst heating is effective in main rooms, the bathroom was chilly at best. Staff were great and buffet breakfast very good.

Comfortable, and in a good semi-rural location outside Inverloch. The only drawback if you intend going in 2026 is to be aware ( which we were not) that there are major construction works going on, with trucks and angle-grinders in action before 7am.

Love the view from their rooms. Noticeable progression of construction happening at the property, outside not as attractive as a result, but didn’t impact me at all. Quiet sleep - yes to that. Hopefully they widen the car park spaces with the renovations, so narrow!

I booked this property thinking that i can use swimming pool, but pool was closed and alternate arrangement was very inconvenient as you can not use during evening time and over weekends.
