The property is very old therefore it's very smelly!I requested to be in the lower level(for health reasons)but the hotel put me and my husband in the worst room!!! Was it because we were foreigners? Very frustrated and very disappointed

Our room with beautiful big windows overlooked the River Ness. We wanted a king size bed and we paid appropriately but the room was truly lovely. Good breakfast in the morning and a great location for walking.

While the hotel was in a great location (quiet, next to the River Ness, restaurants/cafes/grocery stores nearby), the room was worn and had mold growing on the bathroom walls and the shower curtain.

They could improve by hotter bacon for breakfast. 3 days of cold bacon. On the first day Saturday 5th April. All the hot for was luke warm. If that. But would go back.

OK hotel

Bed wasnt cery comfy, bar seemed to close very early. Room clean enough and staff vety helpful. Very.noisy outside in the morning due to being above the buckets.

I liked the hotel location. Staff were friendly. Very dusty public areas. The breakfast was definately not as shown on website, limited fruit items available and lots of greasy items. We chose not to have breakfast in hotel because of this even though we had paid for it.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Sadly the cosmetics of the building are somewhat dated. Room was clean and tidy but again could really use a freshen up decor wise.
