This cozy and modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa offers luxurious amenities for the whole family.
Retreat to the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom for ultimate relaxation.
The first guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the second guest bedroom provides two twin beds.
Both guests bedrooms are sharing the second bathroom.

Gather around the dining area for memorable meals together, prepared effortlessly in the full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, range with oven, and coffee maker.

Villa Verde is a brand-new house, located in a new subdivision that is still in the development stage. There is still some construction going on in the area and not all roads are paved yet.
Shopping and downtown Inverness is about 3 miles from the house.

Sparkling clean new home. It has everything you need for a Florida vacation. Use of the garage a big plus. The pool is wonderful, warm and deep. You can get to the Withacaloochi bike trail in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Pool is awesome. Nice and clean, goes to about 7 ft. or so. Garage can hold 2 small vehicles, or 1 big. Everything is clean. Master bed comfortable. Love the walk-in shower. Did laundry to come home with all clean clothes. Kitchen has everything. Saw wildlife! Don't hesitate to book. We will be back again! It's a gem!
