Das "Zirbenstüberl" mit rund 36 qm Wohnfläche ist ideal für 2 Personen, aber die sehr bequeme Sitzecke bietet eine Bettfunktion z.B. für ein Kind. Wer mehr Platz benötigt, findet mit dem "Zirbentraum" mit rund 60 qm die sehr geräumige Lösung mit separatem Schlafzimmer (ideal für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder).. Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung „Zirbenduft“!
Diese tolle 2-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde komplett neu gestaltet und es kamen neben sehr viel Zirbenholz ausschließlich hochwertige Naturbaustoffe für Böden, Decken und Wände zum Einsatz.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Boxspringbett mit Matrazen mit zwei verschiedenen Härtegraden ausgestattet. Im kombinierten Wohn- und Essbereich befindet sich eine Leder-Couch, die zu einem weiteren Bett ausziehbar ist.
Die komplett ausgestattete Küche bietet alles, was Sie benötigen: Geschirrspüler, Herd, Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine.
Auch das moderne Duschbad wird Sie erfreuen; ein Haartrockner und Handtücher liegen für Sie bereit.
Vom ausgestatteten, großen Balkon haben Sie eine tolle Sicht auf die Berge!
Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören kostenloses Wlan, eigener Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz, abschließbarer Ski- oder Fahrradaufbewahrungsraum und die Mitbenutzung des Wasch-und Trockenraums. Zu einem leckeren Frückstück lädt das benachbarte Kur-Cafe ein, wenn Sie es nicht selber zubereiten möchten.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben ein tolles langes Wochenende in der schönen Wohnung Zierbenduft verbracht. Einfacher, netter Check-In, saubere Unterkunft und alles vorhanden. Super Gegend zum wandern und Rad fahren.

Inzell im Sommer

Wohnung ist tadellos. Pizzaria vorm Balkon keine Belastung (ab 22 Uhr ist Ruhe). Einzig der (Durchgangs-) Verkehr stört manchmal (Nachtruhe). Dafür liegt die Wohnung ja aber auch sehr zentral.

Sehr schönes Objekt. Relativ neu. Super Lage, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr netter Empfang. Unkomplizierter check in/ check out.
