Eu gostei do resort, as piscinas são ótimas. pontos que podem melhorar: 1-atendimento dos garçons é mto demorado. pedir qualquer coisa a eles é ter que esperar 40min ou mais; 2-café da manhã é bem ok, tem até alguma variedade, mas a qualidade não é premium, passa longe até; 3- Na sexta-feira foi ofertado um jantar 'especial', tinha que pagar 130 adiantados para reservar. Fiz isso. Na hora do jantar foi filas e filas para se servir e falta do camarão na moranga, foi bem constrangedor. Mas enfim. é um resort nova 7.00!! Em muro alto já fui no nannai, beach class, marulhos ... e são melhores.

O quarto sempre era limpo todos os dias, só sentimos falta da troca de lençóis de cama. O café da manhã também poderia ter mas variedades, mas tudo certo. Não tivemos problemas com a comida, apenas alguns dias com a demora na chegada das refeições almoço/janta.

Minha estadia foi excelente, o quarto é grande e confortável, tudo novo, ar condicionado bem gelado, no banheiro tem disponível shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido, a limpeza era feita todos os dias, a área da piscina é maravilhosa e aquecida, você pode levar cooler com a sua bebida para tomar nas mesas ou espreguiçadeiras que ficam disponíveis, do nosso quarta dava para a piscina dos fundo onde ficávamos pois era mais privativa. O café da manhã era muito bem servido, com bastante variedades, e sobre o restaurante a comida era saborosa e com preço justo, nas dependências tem um mercadinho que é muito útil para uma emergência. O único ponto negativo que achamos é que deveriam ter kit de primeiros socorros, meu marido teve um incidente na piscina e formos na recepção para ver se tinha algo para limpar e estancar o sangue e nos informaram que não, tivemos que colocar papel higiênico para estancar até ir na farmácia comprar. Sobre a localização ele fica uns 10 minutos de carro até o centro de porto de galinhas, não dá para ir a pé, mas para nós não foi um problema, preferimos ficar num lugar mais tranquilo mesmo

10/10 estrutura, atendimento, comida boa, experiência boa com preço bem acessível. Gostei bastante e indico. Estrutura impecável. Fui no carnaval e apenas de cheio não sentir perca de qualidade no atendimento, que nessa época costuma ser comum. Tive problema com checkin pois não foi possivel achar a minha reserva, o que demorou cerca de uma hora para resolver. Acabei ficando em um apt creio que diferente do que reservei pois no anuncio tinha que era um quarto e o que fiquei tinha dois quartos. A acomodação foi excelente, o apt completo, muito confortavel, supriu todas as nossas necessidades. Em relação ao resort, muito bom tambem, iremos retornar com certeza.
