Room was very clean. All surfaces, sofa bed and mattress were clean as well. Staff, amenities were great. Stayed for two nights and had a relaxing break from traveling and slept well due to the cleanliness of the hotel room.

When I arrived the receptionist wasn’t friendly, to the point of being rude. Room was right next to elevator so got hear it all night (so much for taking care of Bonvoy members). The shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. Just not great.

Property was CLEAN. Continental breakfast was elevated. Gym had all that you need. Prime location close to airport, Spectrum, South Coast Plaza and beach. Room was spacious and quiet. Lobby bartender was not present. When he did return to bar he clearly had been eating. Did not wash his hands upon returning to bar. If the bar is open a bartender should be present and engaging. Definitely will return when back in OC.
