Little Bay Estate offers three rental properties: Little Bay Cottage, Little Bay Upper, and Little Bay Lower. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry, and living area.
Little Bay Cottage is a ground-floor dwelling separate from the duplex units. It has a unique floor plan with the main living area in the center of the house, with a kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and full bathroom. To the right is a large bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom. The laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer is also located in this room. To the left of the living area is an enclosed sunroom that can be used as a second bedroom at night. The sofa in the sunroom converts to a queen-size sleeper, and there is also a twin-size Murphy bed. The cottage offers a little more privacy than the duplex units, but it does not have water views.

Little Bay Upper and Lower are two duplex units located across from the parking area. Each unit sleeps up to 6 people and has a covered patio or balcony with beautiful views of the grounds and basin. The lower unit has a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area, while the upper unit has a queen-size sleeper sofa and a covered balcony. Both units have updated kitchens and central air conditioning.

All three units are located on an acre of lush tropical plantings in a gated compound directly on Florida Bay. They are available for rent by the week or month. Protected dockage in the "little bay" can accommodate boats up to 34 feet long. All units have WiFi and flat-screen TVs in the living room.
