Beautiful, fun filled, for all ages, RV/Tiny Home resort conveniently located right beside Interstate I10. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The tiny homes are relatively new, beautiful, and well equipped with all you need. Suggest booking your stay through the popular booking apps.

We traveled to Island Oaks with our 4 little ones (ages 6, 4, 4 & 1) and had an absolutely amazing time! Our whole family fell in love with this place immediately. We rented one of the tiny homes & it was so perfect...adorable decorated, extremely clean and stocked with everything you could need. There are so many fun things do with the kids that we didn't even get to fit them all into our trip. We are very much looking forward to visiting again on the future and have already recommended this wonderful resort to all our family & friends. Thank you Island Oaks for the beautiful memories ❤️

Me and my husband had a wonderful weekend getaway! The cottage was perfect!! Beautifully decorated, clean and fully stocked with everything we could need. Plenty of room for the 2 of us and our little dog. Bathroom was very spacious! We enjoyed the covered porch over looking the pond. It did rain one of our days but we were able to drink our coffee on the porch and listen to the rain. The resort amenities were amazing….beautiful pool, hot tub, tiki bar, restaurant and even had a beach area!! Definitely 5/5 no complaints We definitely will be returning. Perfect for couples or families as some cottages have lofts and offer 2 BR

Cute and pink! We rented Gladys’s Dreamhouse. The outdoor area was quaint with a gas grill and a table for six and even a fire pit at the center of the table. Inside was a kitchen and two bedrooms with a loft. Everything was just perfect. I’m very impressed.

Yes, however, Hotels com said price was $114.00 but I was charged $285.00. other than that, things were great. The loft was only about 3 ft high. I guess would be okay for small children but the write-up said that it sleeps four.

Cabin was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had such a good time, we had extended our stay AND even booked a summer break trip at the same resort. However, there was a communication breakdown somehow between Expedia and Island Oaks abiut the extension, and despite emailing the main office multiple times, calling the front multiple times, going directly to the front, and even sacrificing the extension altogether and leaving early (only because we felt pushed and bullied into doing so) Island Oaks has relentlessly attempted to charge us hundreds for a "late checkout." When you give a property your card number, there is a sense of unspoken trust, and it feels like such a financial violation, especially when you've done nothing to accrue more charges, and communicated with the property in every way available. All communication was ignored and no emails or calls returned. This has truly soured our feelings and violated our trust related to the resort, and we've been forced to lock our card, and now cancel our summer return. We had THE MOST FUN we've ever had this close to home, and we were SO excited to stay a little longer and return in the summer. I cannot find the words to express our profound disappointment in being ignored, forced out, and left to think on this trip that started out a dream come true, as a total nightmare.

Cabin 143- 3 nights with 2 adults and 3 kids. This place is awesome! We stayed in a "cabin" - basically a tiny house- and it was perfect. We had 6 beds- 2 twin in the loft- my kids(6 and 8) loved it- very comfy and complete with blankets, decor and pillows. The twin bunk beds were built right into the wall so very sturdy metal ones, again great for kids- probably not grandma! The main room was a king size bed- regular size but felt short- im 5'11" long but was comfortable. Had a full size clset, tv and plenty of space to store stuff. Decor was nice and fit the theme- we had Honky Tonk, tjey each had a different decor theme, very cute! Full size bathroom with shower, toilet and sink - good for 1 person at a time. The full size fridge was nice for our food. The kitchen had pots with lids, silverware settings for 6 including plates, bowls and bread plates. The other items were a double coffee pot- carafe and K cup options, toaster, small hand mixer, cutting boards and a few serving utensils ( spatula, tongs, spoon, whisk, etc). They had a large pantry closet also- 4 shelves with a few games too. It was very nice accomidations and lots of activities daily. Any fun sport you would want- soccer, golf, basketball, pickle ball. Also the pool was nice- salt no chlorine- heated also but very crowded on nice days. There is a hot tub in the "adult" area also. Paddle boards and boats were available for rent, small lake to use them in. Nice visit for kids and adults alike
