We had a wonderful time at 311A. The only problem we encountered is that there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and 2 opened beer bottles under the bunk bed. The location is great for walking any to shops and restaurants. The private pier was great for watching the sun rise, and the private beach access was great, too.

We had a very relaxing stay. The Cabin was beautifully decorated and wonderfully equipped! So it was just as easy dinning in as it was eating out. The view from the balcony was amazing. All in all I would not only recommend this Cabin but look forward to staying in it again.

We have stayed at similar condos for years now, and this was one of the best. We cook all our meals in the condo, and the kitchen was well-equipped to do so. The condo had nice beach chairs included as well. The one down side was there was not much sun on the deck--all morning/early afternoon it is blocked by the roof and then in the late afternoon it is just there for a few hours before it goes down again. If you like to sit on the deck in the sun, this is not the unit for you. Otherwise, it was great!

I had a great experience my only complaint is having no elevator. It was not easy carrying everything up to 3rd floor. I don't know if I will stay here again for that reason. I don't want on 1st floor because you have no ocean view.
