Just a short walk to the beach (nearest beach access is across Palm Blvd between 55th and 54th Avenue), this three bedroom and two bath cottage is a perfect setting for your vacation. While located within the gated community of Wild Dunes, 13 Sandcrab Court offers comfortable and updated accommodations at a reasonable price for a small group or family. No smoking, no pets. WIFI & Linens included. Cable Streaming available through YouTube TV package.

Centrally located within the community, permitting easy access inside and outside the gates of Wild Dunes.

*Renters do not have access to Resort pools or fitness center per Wild Dunes regulations. **Wild Dunes Resort Dining, Golf, Pickleball and Tennis are available to the public for applicable fees. *

Nice place - but my credit card was hacked.

Not sure if my credit card hack was due to Island Reality, but only used for a few transactions in past 2 months. The place was very nice and clean - would recommend

Great 4 day vacation!

This property was very nice and everything is accurate as the photos show. A few things to take into account with this property is that the beach is probably 1/4 mile away but a very easy walk through the woods to get there but it's not handicap accessible. During the weekdays there were very few people on the beach but it was more crowded on the weekend which is to be expected. The other thing to keep in mind is that you are a good 25 to 30 mits depending on traffic to get into Charleston itself. This was a very secure home as you have to obtain a gate pass just to enter the property and there is a very nice golf course on the backside of the home. We saw deer here everyday from the golf course to the beach! I would recommend this property for a family vacation.

Sandcrab Court

The house was perfect for our family. Very close to beach access, so easy for the three year olds to make the walk. Very clean with lots of room for everyone. The new kitchen renovation looked really nice. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

This was a great place at a great location. However, a couple of things: Bunk bed, doesn't look put together right and the top bunk didn't seem super stable. Pull out sofa was also broken and we had to prop it up to use it. Last thing is I noticed, the 2 back doors didn't lock. Locks were stuck or something. i'm glad I noticed this when leaving and not while I was there. Otherwise, there was plenty of space, it was a great location and we had a great time. Beach access trail was right next to the house

Family fall beach trip!

I ended up seeing this property listed elsewhere cheaper after I had booked, however Ive always had good experiences Island Realty, so it was worth the extra $$ to know I was dealing with a reputable local company. We've stayed on IOP many times, but this was our first stay in Wild Dunes. We rented a golf cart (LSV ) from Lighting Bugz, which I recommend, we ended up using it to cruise around and check out the beautiful area...we drove to the IOP marina a few mornings and had breakfast at the Dockside Deli. The house is in a great location, close to the beach, plenty of space and clean. There was plenty of parking, and storage for our beach stuff under the house, and the outdoor shower was handy too. If I had to have a critique, I'd say the bathrooms need updating and the deck needs an umbrella for day time shade. I was not impressed with the pool situation at Wild Dunes. It was October and they claim the swim center pool is heated. If it is, it is under heated. The other pools the sports card gave us access to, were hard to locate without going through the hotel, so we didn't. All in all I'd definitely recommend 13 Sandcrab Ct!

Thanksgiving retreat

Grandparents with our son and his family thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable home. The location was great and the weather at 68 degrees and sunny! We easily walked to the beach and the grandchildren delighted in the shells littering the beach. Plenty of seating in the 2 living rooms for guests who came to visit. Enjoyed our stay!

Baseball Tournament Weekend

We stayed here for my grandson’s baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. The house was clean and convenient and close to the beach.
