Excellent location and service

A stone's throw from the tram stop, the Grand Bazaar and the Suleiman Mosque. When I arrived the owner Benjamin realised that the booking hadn't come in from ebookers/expedia even though I had received a confirmation. The hotel was full for the night and he arranged a night at another hotel around the corner. For the remaining four nights there was a vacancy at Bestur so I could stay as intended. Staff super helpful and kind. Highly recommended! Only drawback was a lack of shower hose or shower head or even a bucket to fill with water and pour over yourself instead of having to crouch under the tap.
