The staff were very helpful. We had not booked breakfast but one day was given without charge. We did not have the correct electric plug but was able to buy an inexpensive adapter at a corner store. It was an easy but uphill walk to the tram. We would return

Hi everything was amazing the service was excellent extremely helpful people at the front desk and the at the doors I really enjoyed and appreciated everything the hotel is very nice and clean and it’s in a great location amazing very central very close to bars , restaurants and the famous street to shop !!! I highly recommended this hotel and the price was very affordable to me .

Erguvan Hotel provided an amazing stay during my visit to Istanbul. Located in the historic district, the hotel is within walking distance of many major tourist sites. The owner and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my 9 night stay. The hotel is spotless and is well maintained. My room was cleaned daily and coffee and bottled drinking water was refilled. The owner’s knowledge of Istanbul is incredible and he provided me with information not only about tourist sites but also on lesser known places worth visiting. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend the Erguvan Hotel!

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was great and the kitchen staff were very willing to accommodate. The hotel us very close to Aya Sofia and other attractions. We were able to walk to many things, and there are a lot of restaurants near by. It was a very pleasurable stay and experience.

Knowledgeable staff and helpful with mapping travel. Interesting breakfast bar with limited choice but good omelettes. OK beds but heavy quilt in hot humid conditions. Don't sleep with window open as call to prayers at 5am very nearby.

The location was very convenient and there were multiple restos in the but there was no issue with outside noise. Good soundproofing in the rooms. Breakfast was Turkish style and so not very appealing - limited cereals, no toast etc although scrambled eggs or omelettes were available. Staff were very helpful and always available

This quirky little hotel is in a friendly neighbourhood, walking distance from the major attractions in Old Town Istanbul. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is convenient and great value - should not be overlooked. Our room was not perfect..it had a broken shower fixture, so we had to hold the shower rose by hand. The ceiling leaked when it rained on one occasion, however we would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is the best. The service is awesome with little exceptions. The first room that we are staying has a lot of things that need to be repaired, but the vip room was fabulous. The breakfast was poor with little choice. One thing I couldn’t understand was the price. When we arrived in Istanbul the prices were three times less than on Expedia side. Over all it’s good hotel if you’re not tricked with the price

The hotel is well located, just a two-minute walk from Sultanahmet Square. The staff is very nice and helpful. Internet works well. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is not fancy, but well stocked. The breakfast room has a beautiful view of the sea. Most importantly, the staff was fabulous.
