Nice hotel, but not the best stay…

A very nice hotel with nice people, but a disappointing stay. The parking situation was very confusing and frustrating. Then I had to change rooms because cigarette smells were coming into my room late at night, even though I had a “non-smoking floor.” Room service was a fiasco, as they kept forgetting to bring what I asked for. Mr. Ramazan was very nice and brought me a fruit plate for free. That was very nice of him. Ms. Zeynep at the front desk was very thoughtful. The room was clean. Otherwise, I’ll hope for a better experience next time.

The ‘saga bed’ had no sofa. Couple of independent cushions put together was called sofa bed. Cushions continued to get separated. The third person in the room could not sleep. Ask for help and the house keeping showed up an hour later. Had only a few hours for rest which was severely reduced

Close to the airport. Taxi service is easily available easily for $10-$12 one way. Does not look impressive from the outside but very nice once you have passed thru the restaurant and get to the registration desk
