We had a very pleasant stay overall and would like to especially highlight how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone was always kind, professional, and ready to assist with anything we needed, which truly made a difference in our experience.
The location of the hotel is excellent, within easy walking distance of the main attractions, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. This made exploring Istanbul extremely convenient.
The breakfast was very good in terms of quality and variety, however it would benefit from more healthy options, especially a wider selection of fresh fruits. It was also a bit disappointing that the juice was served from a package rather than using fresh fruit, which would significantly improve the breakfast experience.
One of the main challenges during our stay was the air conditioning system. The room temperature was very difficult to control: on cooling mode it became too cold, and on heating mode it was too hot. Additionally, the fan speed control was poor and the airflow could not be properly directed, which made it uncomfortable to lie in bed as the air was blowing directly onto us.
Another inconvenience was that the windows could not be opened. As we were staying on the -1 floor, this became quite frustrating, as there was no option for natural ventilation.
Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive.
