My mother and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The hotel is situated on a steep hill where the taxis cant access between the hours of 10am to 8pm so if climbing steep hill is not your thing then be careful of that. Tip - you can walk down and then tell the security guards at the bottom of the hill that you have mobility issues and hopefully they should allow your taxi access to the hotel during the prohibited hours. Notable mentions: The breakfast was lovely, it wasn't huge but there was pretty much everything one might want. Im gluten and lactose intolerant. A big Shout out to MUSAMETTI, the breakfast manager who made sure all my dietary needs were taken care of so make sure to let him know if you have any special requirements because he'll make sure your catered for. If you get stuck for things to do, speak to YILMAZ. He made sure we had an interesting itinerary full of Istanbul's best to do list. He caught up with us every day and wrote out a fresh list of activities, directions and the best way to get there as well as how much we should pay in case we get ripped off. That's going above and beyond the call of duty and we were so grateful for it. At the reception: BALKAN - Let him know the time of your flight. Ours was in the evening and he have us a free late check out. GORKEM - gave us his personal metro travel card to use in case we needed it. So kind of them. Great job guys. Thank you all and the rest of the team for your exceptional customer service.

“My overall stay at the hotel was pleasant, but I would like to point out that reaching the hotel was quite challenging because of the steep slope leading up to the entrance. It would be helpful if this detail was mentioned clearly in the hotel description, as it may be difficult for elderly guests, families with children, or those carrying heavy luggage.”

Fantastic place to stay. Can’t beat the location. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of options. Staff were always helpful and attentive. This hotel in Sirkeci is in a superb location with easy access to most popular historical sites in the area. The best option is simply travel on foot to get a feel for the place which was absolutely crowded with tourists. The hotel is brilliant with modern decor, clean, comfy and spacious rooms. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. All in all we throughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Overall staying at the Hilton was a good experience. Room were comfortable, staff are extremely helpful, good internet speed. It wasn’t an issue to us but the only thing you may need to consider is that the main entrance of the hotel is on a hill so it may be difficult if you are travelling with children or elderly people. Saying that, the whole city is like that and it will feel like you are climbing whilst walking. Overall, I will recommend the hotel due to being nice in every way as well as its central location, walking distance to main attractions such as spice bazaar, grand bazaar, good metro access to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque.

Good location for sightseeing, but disappointed by the narrow, steep lane with graffiti where the hotel is located - not what we expected from the images on the website. The hotel itself is nice enough, with lovely staff (even though they didn’t know how to serve a G&T!), but we had a few snagging issues with our room. I would go back, but be aware that it’s not your usual Hampton by Hilton standard.

Great place to stay in Istanbul

The hotel rooms were clean. The breakfast very good. The location in Sultanahmet area - central and convenient. The access to the area the hotel is located in is blocked off at certain times for cars but on our way back to the airport one of the staff members somehow arranged that the car we requested was able to get to the hotel door. Overall, a very good experience.

Great hotel. Modern and clean with friendly staff. Location is excellent. AC in room was quite weak, and the water pressure in the bathroom fluctuated a lot. Price was reasonable. This hotel is perfect for spending a few days in Istanbul as a tourist.

Great location; conveniently between Sultanahmet and Eminonu. Easy to walk everywhere (the hotel is on a sloped incline, which may be difficult for families with young children). Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the power shower/rain shower were great. TV is a great size with lots of different language channels. Breakfast buffet was good, with hot options (including a waffle maker). Staff were friendly. Would stay again.
