Very nice hotel. Located near several restaurants and shops. The gentleman at the front desk was the epitome of what a good hotel employee should be. He was very kind and efficient and quick. Upon check out he even arranged a ride for me from his local app. Thank you. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a generally positive experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly. The hotel itself was very clean, with well-maintained common areas and rooms that felt fresh and comfortable. However, my stay was slightly marred by the noise from the street-facing rooms. While the hotel is in a convenient location, the street noise was quite loud, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend requesting a room on the quieter side of the hotel.

Wonderful location and service

Our stay was too short - we should have booked at least 1 probably 2 more nights in Istanbul. Great location and very good service. We would go back again with no reservations at all.

Extraordinary Service. Truly one of a kind! I have been in Istanbul for about 3 weeks and I have relocated to 4 different hotels from 3 stars to 5 stars and this one is the true winner! Nice hotel friendly staff. Only thing to know is that it’s in busy area so sometimes taxis won’t come to you or drop you off in that exact location so prepared to walk a little
