The staff are great, the food is good, but the build quality is low. This place was built very quickly, with crooked door frames, holes in the tile type of issues. The bed was very hard as well.

Bad experience with the airport transfer arranged by the hotel. Would not recommend taking that option and much easier and faster to take a taxi or Uber (which I did for the return journey).

The only issue I had was with the Expedia messaging service. The hotel sent me a message regarding transportation to the airport, I replied back via the Expedia messaging service to the hotel with my flight information, and I also spoke to one of the front desk clerks about it. I was suppose to receive a What’s App confirmation message from the hotel, but I never did and I was not allowed to catch the bus cab they had for folks going to the airport because there was no visual confirmation on the next front desk clerk’s end when they checked their messages.

The bathroom was the biggest issue. The sink was leaking so the entire floor was wet. It smelled like sewer. There is a window in the bathroom that make you visible when showering. The sink was not stable it rocked back and forth. In the bedroom. No sheet just a comforter The phone worked intermittently Opening towards the floor where light was shining through. However, the staff was great. The floor in the shower looked dirty.
