Good value for price, the rooms were clean and in good condition. The hotel is very close to Istiklal Caddesi, where you can find stores, sightseeing and food. A short walk from Galata tower and public transportation. A bit of noise from cafees in the evening and night, but the hotel is good if you plan to stay out in the evening/night to experience Istanbul. Area felt very safe.

It is a boutique hotel very well located, it is noisy outside, the staff is very nice, and they lack of amenities as it is a boutique hotel, do not expect a 5 star hotel. It was very convenient to stay there as it has access to the best attractions in Istanbul and it is close to public transportation.

I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was simple and healthy. It's a small property, with limited staff but they are helpful. A couple of useful pointers: they give you bottled water but only on the 1st day! Also I couldn't figure out what the two unnamed liquids (might have been bath wash? Shampoo?) were in the bathroom. The staff speak English well, which helped me. The location is very walkable, although access to the area is through small roads which are inevitably jammed.(big and old city/lots of traffic/small road, etc., etc.)

We had a very good stay at the pera rasso hotel which has very nice rooms with a very nice design, everything was very clean on our arrival, a small fridge is available in the room as well as several storage places, a beautiful and spacious bathroom. You have the opportunity to have an excellent traditional Turkish breakfast at the hotel. Thanks to the super welcoming staff who was always available and invested throughout our stay The hotel is very very well located close to all metro tram grocery store restaurant store main street of taksim A big thank you to Benim who was so great, always available and so much caring. Unhappy stay

The rooms showed while booking were completely different from the one that was assigned to us upon check-in. Though we booked a family room, including a 10-year old child, we have been directed to a tiny room lacking the minimum privacy (the bathroom had a glass door and did not fit for a family. No bed was provided for our daughter and even provided, the room was small and offered a feeling of a confined space. An other issue worth mentioning is hygiene. For a whole family, one roll of bathroom paper was provided throughout our stay (2 nights / 3 days). The carpet was not clean. Part of the service was breakfast. It was another fiasco on both quality and quantity. Everything is about money.

Eşim ve kızımla beraber 2-3 günlük İstanbul gezimiz için konakladık. Odamız tertemiz ve sıcacıktı. Otelin konumu çok merkezi. Bulunduğu konum itibariyle bir tık gürültülü olabiliyor ama uyutmayacak şekilde değil. Her şeyden öte güvenilir bir otel. Otelde çalışan herkes çok kibar ama özellikle resepsiyonda Mari Hanım çok güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Tekrar gelirsek tereddütsüz yeniden kalmak isteyebileceğimiz bir otel.

Burası bir aile işletmesi, çalışanların hepsi çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Otel oldukça temizdi. Ayrıca Şişhane metro durağına çok yakın, buradan şehrin birçok noktasına kolayca ulaşmak mümkün.
