The hotel is very centrally located and close to many places. The service of the staff is of high quality and fast, the only problem is that the room was a bit dusty and the towels were not hygienic. They would probably have helped upon request, but I didn't want to because I didn't have time.

Perfect location.

As a solo traveller i found the hotel very comfortable and safe. My room was for 1 person and consisted of a single bed, small fridge and some hooks on the wall. The bathroom was interesting. The shower head was directly above the toilet. The room was a little tired in places with peeling wallpaper etc but very clean and tidy. The bed and towels were changed 2 times.Its location was central in Bakirkoy, surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants and 2 shopping malls. The staff were very pleasant, very helpful and over all i would stay here again.

VERY NICE HOTEL AT VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION. STATION IS JUST 5 MINUTES AND GOOD CONNECTION TO MAIN CITY CENTRE. PLENTY OF DINING OPTIONS AND ALL KINDS OF SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS. SHOPPING MALL IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER. OVER ALL, GOOD HOTEL AT VERY GOOD PRICE.

I guess you get what you pay for

I stayed here for 7 nights while visiting family nearby. The shower did not drain well so flooded the bedroom every time I used it. The hairdryer was broken. The stopper for the door was broken. The sheets were heavily ripped and the bed very uncomfortable. The toilet seat hinge was partially broken. There was only one electrical outlet and it was taken up by a glass door mini fridge that blasted incredibly bright light - I had to unplug it to sleep. When I went to unplug it the entire outlet came of the wall. The worst thing is I would be woken up by the smell of the staff chain-smoking cigarettes in the lobby every morning and the smell definitely would flood my room at all times of day. Keep in mind the lobby is supposed to also be a cafe, and while I know indoor smoking remains unfortunately common in Istanbul, they should really reconsider hotboxing their guests bedrooms. The pros: the wifi was good (except when it was off for 2 nights during local construction); the water was easily hot; the elevator was convenient. This hotel is probably fine for those not wishing to sleep here.
