Sevgi war eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin und versuchte mein Anliegen jedesmal anzugehen. Meine Kinder und ich sind jedoch mit der Unterkunft leider nicht zufrieden. Die Bettlaken und die frischen Handtücher hatten Flecken. Im Badezimmer hatte es kein Platz für Zahnbürsten oder für die Handtücher. Oftmals kein Warmwasser, was das Duschen mit den Kinder erschwerte. Wir fühlten uns nicht wohl. Die Lage ist jedoch Top!! Trotzdem nicht nocheinmal zu buchen für uns. Danke Sevgi für deine Hilfen!
