Meh…

Room ended up not having the amenities listed for family room (missing tv, no ac in rooms, not a stocked kitchen, nothing like pictures). Took a while to get the hotel to agree to downgrade us and repay the difference but the front desk staff was helpful and very apologetic. Ended up however overpaying for breakfast (25eur per person of 12eur like listed) and shouldn’t have had to pay at all as a Silver Member. Now Expedia is refusing to refund and is giving us the run-around (not hotels fault).

Konum olarak sokak arası bir yerde ve otopark sonu mevcut . Vale yok anlaşmalı otopark yok . Otel önündeki alanlar var sadece. Telefon ile rezervasyon zor , uzun süre beklettiler dönüş yapmadılar Burdan direk rezervasyon yaptım sorun olmadı . 800 tl Lik kahvaltı ücreti gereksiz pahalı çünkü kahvaltı çok zayıf . 100 tl anca eder. Burdan seçtiğimiz oda harici çatı katı kötü bir oda verdiler . Beğenmediğimizi söyledim . Bi süre sonra gelip alt kattaki odayı verdiler . Madem düzgün oda var neden yukarıyı verdiler , ya tutarsa mantığı bu yaklaşımları yanlış . Velhasıl oda temiz koridor temiz otel temiz . Oda yalıtımı düzgün . Dışardan pek ses gelmiyor . Isı olayı güzel . Genel olarak ortalamanın üzerinde bir otel . Daha iyi bir kahvaltı sistemi ile fiyat performans oteli olur .
