Super welcoming staff! Check in process so smooth. Rooms were so clean! The general area is very safe as well. The breakfast was traditional and a wide range of options were provided. At every step the staff is so caring! Make sure to go there for a peaceful getaway.

Nestled above the hubbub of downtown Buyukada, Triada is a crisp beacon of relaxation. My room had double doors that opened onto a beautifully mosaic balcony from which I could see the ocean, and boats sailing past with the Istanbul skyline behind it. Breakfast was enough food for a full day.

Great hotel up on the hills with lovely garden

We stayed at Triada with my fiances and my family during our wedding on the next island. Booked two big and one small bungalov which were quite spacious with small terrace. The rooms were nicely decorated. Outside area is all green with small gardens. Staff and management were super helpfull during this busy and stressful time with last minute details of the wedding. All employees were very service minded and pleasant at all times. Our rooms were cleaned spottles, breakfast and other food options were delicious. The hotel is located on the hills, distant from the crouds, so peacefull. Cant recommend Triada more!

Odayı gece su bastı ve oda olmadığı için başka odaya da geçemedik ve gece boyu su damladı, odada perde yoktu ve içerisi gözüküyordu. Kahvaltı için otel dışı bir organizasyon vardı ve kahvaltı çok kötüydü, her şey bayat ve soğuktu. Çay için bile sıra bekledik. Yetersizdi.

Bu otelde “deluxe oda” için ekstra ücret ödeyerek, geniş ve ferah (yaklaşık 25 m²) bir oda beklentisiyle rezervasyon yaptım. Ancak bana verilen oda, tavan arasında, oldukça dar, basık ve küçük bir odaydı. Sunulan oda, deluxe kategorisiyle hiçbir şekilde örtüşmüyordu. Odada televizyon dahi bulunmuyordu. Daha da önemlisi pencere düzgün kapanmıyordu. Gece boyunca klima yeterli ısıtma sağlamadığı için ciddi konforsuzluk yaşadım. Sorunu çözmek için gece teknik servis çağrıldı ve pencereyi vidalayarak sabitlemek zorunda kaldılar. Bu durum hem konfor hem de güvenlik açısından kabul edilebilir değil. Otelin konumu iyi ve tarihi yapısı hoş bir artı. Ancak satılan oda ile verilen oda arasında ciddi bir uyumsuzluk olması tüm deneyimi olumsuz etkiledi. Özellikle deluxe oda için ekstra ödeme yapmış olmama rağmen tavan arasında, dar ve basık bir odada konaklamak büyük bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Otelin oda kategorileri ve fiyatlandırma konusunda daha şeffaf ve dürüst olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Kahvaltı konaklayan sayısı az olduğu için açık büfe degildi. Cesitlilik azalmış. Geçen sene ile kıyasla oldukça değişiklik arz ediyordu. Duş öncesi bas havlusu talep ettik, dusumuz bittikten sonra geldi. Aksam yemege Çıkmadan önce odaya gelmelerini ve yanmayan radyatorleri kontrol etmelerini rica ettik,uzun suren bekleyiae rağmen kimse gelmedi. İlk aksam kapi önünde cay içtiğimiz bardaklari ertesi gün biz soyleyene kadar kimse degistirmedi. Odamızda biriken çöplerin kontrolü günlük olarak yapilmadi. Tesisin yeri ve yesillikler içinde oluşu harika.
