Amazing, Amazing and amazing. Can’t tell enough of the comfort in this hotel. The entire team, super nice super friendly and super professional. I stayed there for 2 times in January and February for about 2 weeks each and this gave me enough tome to evaluate and give a fair review. They deserve 10 stars and 5 is not enough. Cleanness, CSR service and rooms that are well designed and so beautiful. Food is amazing, staff are unbelievably trained to give you the best service. Would highly recommend them and I am going back in June for 2 weeks with my family. Special thanks to Mrs. Ege duty manager, and Merve guest services to make my stay feel like home. They are the best I wish they would work with me and for my company 👌. Other names are Umut, Gulen and Hazal lobby bar which was my everyday spot to work and chil. They are simply the best with the level of service they give you. Alihan and Anday in reception that made my check in and check out smooth and easy with a warm welcoming attitude. These are the name I remember but the entire team in morning and night shift are wonderful people. Hard to believe. Thank you again and will see you in June. Sanaz room 453.

Horrible experience at the Wyndham Kalamis!! First of all i booked a non smoking room, room and whole hallway smelled like smoke. But no problem, pretty common in Istanbul. I was there for a wedding and they were very disorganized. The main dish at the reception was unedible, very dry, everyone sent it back. The events coordinator and main sales guy was straight up trying to milk us for every dollar. We had a second room to use for getting ready and makeup etc, they had the audacity to come and ask me to take my blazer out of the spare room DURING MY RECEPTION INFRONT OF ALL OF OUR GUESTS. then they charged us for an extra night for a whole room just for storing the blazer in the room!!! Every room had some type of mysterious over charges and hidden fees. There are hundreds if not thousands of hotels to stay in all of Istanbul. Avoid this place, they try to scam you every chance they get. Special mention to Alihan and the front desk staff and all the management staff that did absolutely nothing to help. Avoid this place like the plaugue. Bunch of rip offs. Also in the end they called extra staff memebers and security guards to guard the front door as if we were gonna run off on 120 euro after paying 10s of thousands. What a joke of a hotel

I stayed there for 2 times in January and February for about 2 weeks each and this gave me enough tome to evacuate and give a fair review. They deserve 10 stars and 5 is jot enough. Cleanness, CSR service, rooms are well designed and so beautiful. Food is amazing, staff are unbelievably trained to give you the best service. Would highly recommend them and I am going back in June for 2 weeks with my family. Special thanks to Ege duty manager, and Merve guest services to make my stay feel like home. They are the best I wish they would work with me and for my company 👌. Other names are Umut, Gulen and Hazal lobby bar which was my everyday spot to work and chil. They are simply the best with the level of service they give you. Alihan and Anday in reception that made my check in and check out smooth and easy with a warm welcoming attitude. Luxury in Turkey

The place was beautiful! Very comfortable. Service was extremely helpful. My friend had surgery and couldn't find too many things close within walking distance. Train station was about 15 min walk. Uber ride to an authentic restaurant was about 10 min. Walking maybe 30min. Nice, quiet area.
