We had a great stay for the one night we were in New Orleans before jumping on a cruise ship. They came and picked us up at the airport. And their shuttle also took us to supper and picked us up when we were done. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed our stay!

Extremely comfortable night sleep! Shuttle was unavailable from airport to hotel so they reimbursed me for a Lyft ride. Friendly staff, clean rooms, hot breakfast. Highly recommend!

For a restful night’s sleep before a flight, this Holiday Inn Express is perfect. Everything in the room works properly, from the climate system to the plumbing. The bed and pillows are great, and the breakfast is very good. This is the first hotel I have seen that offers decaf tea bags in the room and the breakfast. Attention to detail is very good.

Unfortunately our room smelled like smoke but there was no option to move. The floors in the room were quite dirty and so was the tub. The staff was nice but first time ever not asked to show my ID at check in. Overall would not recommend.
