Our fault, didn't realize there wasn't an elevator. I would have preferred the outside entrances have a security system that you have to have a room key to access the inside. The room was clean and not noisy.

Welcoming Stay – Special Thanks to Carol

We had a very pleasurable stay at the Fairbridge Hotel. From the moment we arrived, even though it was relatively late, we felt very welcomed. The staff was gracious and friendly, letting us know the pool was still available, which was a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. We especially want to thank Carol, the kitchen manager, who kept the dining room and kitchen spotless, made breakfast so welcoming, and was very sweet to all of our kids. Her warmth and attention to detail really stood out and added so much to our experience. Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and genuinely friendly hotel. We definitely recommend it to others and would be happy to stay again.

Our room had leftover bottle of ice tea and a used washcloth in it when we checked in. The hotel did offer us another room, but we thought the rest seemed okay. Boy were we wrong. Room 102 is one to never take, as it is next t9 the hallway and staircase, and the sound of people walking up,and down all night came right through. Walls are pretty thin and sound carries.
