Apenas achei o chuveiro um tanto perigoso, quanto aos fios expostos, e talvez a tensão tbm esteja incorreta, usei na 1ª temperatura e saiu fumaça, até ardeu a garganta. Daí usei só o de água fria mesmo.

Acomodações muito boas, tudo muito organizado, limpo, higienizado...equipe muito gentil, café da manhã bem diversificado... tudo dentro dos conformes e confesso que superou nossas expectativas. Registramos algumas ressalvas, para a melhoria na oferta dos serviços prestados. Informamos que estava acompanhando um casal de idosos com mobilidade reduzida (meus pais) e ficamos instalados no quarto 04 / térreo. 1- colocar barras de apoio nos banheinhos (boxe e próximo ao vaso sanitário para melhor segurança e mobilidade das pessoas; 2- abaixar a posição do armário do banheiro para facilitar o uso, pois o mesmo é muito alto, não permitindo o acesso por pessoas de mais baixa estatura, a exemplo a minha mãe; 3- disponibilizar pelo menos duas cadeiras no que compreende os quartos coletivos para melhor comodidade dos hóspedes; 4- disponibilizar tomadas comuns para facilitar o carregamento dos celulares e equipamentos eletrônicos. Recomendamos o vosso hotel para outros contatos, esperamos ter contribuído para as melhorias. Muito obrigada.
