Basic drink selection. Drinks tasted watered down Restaurant hours were not good. Food was plain tasting and always the same selection Omelets were great and the lady making them was always smiling. Property seemed overcrowded always lineups for food. Pool waiters were hard to find despite hefty tips. Basic condiments were a challenge to find.

I push just all inclusive as per the rating of this hotel.I thought it'll be a quality service and quality food will be there. The space is really congested. It's not that huge what you see through picture. It looks the space is big, the quality of the food is okay. It's not that great. There is 3 restaurant. Unfortunately, the 2 restaurants are serving the same food and one of the restaurants need, reservation. The drink what they serve to us it tastes watery rather than you feel the taste off cocktail or ale beverage. As an example, if I order a cola, it tastes like water and color. My expectations of this hotel. I thought it is quite good. The price? What I paid is not that great, as is rated as 8.

Nice resort. Pretty clean. Nice rooms. Good ac. Food was good. Not awesome but ok. Only negative is way to busy. Hotel was crowded. Pools were full of kids. Over an hour wait for buffet. Just way too busy. We wont come back for this reason. Hard to relax when there's more people than the resort can handle

Property was a little dated but very clean and maintained well. Beach access was perfect. There were not a lot of food options, the hours should overlap instead of all closing at the same time for lunch. The lifeguard was more focused on girls and his phone and hardly watched the kids/pool/beach. No info was provided regarding property amenities or a map, and the entertainment area was closed for renovation. Overall a good stay, enjoyable for all.

Varios de los empleados tienen grandes áreas de oportunidad, mal capacitados y poco amables, en especial el Sr. Ramiro, capitán de botones, muy descortés y prepotente. Tanto así que al comentarlo con gerencia, comentaron que el Sr es todo un caso. Mejorar capacitación en empleados. Otra persona en área de bar lobby, no quiso prender una máquina de café, otro compañero le decía que podía hacerlo, que estaba en horario, pero se negó que mejor hasta más tarde. Ese tipo de detalles hacen que lugares así poerdan su encanto. Por otro lado hay también excelentes empleados que son los que “sostienen” al hotel. Reconocimiento para Javier e Iván en recepción, son totalmente agentes de cambio. También Virginia, Hugo y Eduardo de animación, excelentes. Saludos,

I was very disappointed with my stay at the holiday inn resort. The hotel is very outdated and needs major upgrades to the structure of the buildings, elevators, and rooms. When we arrived, they gave us a room that smelled like chemicals and paint. We changed our room immediately. Then we had to wait in line for 30 minutes to eat. The pool water looked cloudy and gross every single day. The property is too small for all the guests they allow. We also had to wait in line to get and return towels, which was ridiculous!!!!! Every day I saw lines at the restaurants. Additionally, the food was terrible!!! it was the same food in each area every single day for breakfast and similar items for lunch and dinner. I’m very disappointed with this booking and I will never stay here again.
