Vacaciona de una manera cómoda, invitando a tu familia o amigos , sin las aglomeraciones de los hoteles . La Casa se encuentra ubicada en la mejor zona de Ixtapa, la exclusiva marina de Ixtapa, a unos pasos de los yates y elegantes restaurantes, sal a pescar directo desde la marina o puedes visitar las playas cercanas ya que contamos con sillas de playa y sombrillas para que visites cualquier playa que quieras , playa linda (clubmed) a 2 minutos en auto o la playa principal a 400 metros caminando.
Las casa consta de
Construccion de 160 m2. En un exclusivo desarrollo de 7000 m2 para solo 15 villas , cuenta con 3 recámaras con camas King, matrimonial y litera con 2 individuales, además en la sala hay 2 futones que se hacen camas matrimoniales para acomodar a 4 niños , por lo que 6 Adultos y 4 niños caben cómodamente para una estancia màxima de 10 personas. Hay cocina nueva recien remodelada con enseres necesarios para cocinar , 2 baños completos compartidos , uno en cada nivel , sala y comedor, bonita terraza con barra y sala exterior con vista a los yates de la Marina, en el nivel de acceso está el cuarto de lavado con secadora y lavadora, y la villa se encuentra en el nivel 2 y 3. En el area comûn se comparte una grande y preciosa alberca con area de chapoteadero rodeada de grandes palmeras, y rodeada de exhuberantes jardines . Toda el area cuenta con administradora, jardineros, 2 casetas con guardias de seguridad y camaras CCTV.
Es la zona mas segura de Ixtapa , con seguridad en la salida a la marina y el acceso vehicular .

La villa está en un lugar hermoso, muy cuidado y el personal que te atiende siempre está de buenas y hace tu estancia muy agradable. La alberca es grande, muy bien planeada, tiene zona para niños y adultos
