Room was super clean, warm and safe. You have a really great spot in the back of the room. But the rooms don't contain jakuzi like advertised also open buffet breakfast was not present. They gave us fixed menu on tray due to few costumer count. Other than that it was satisfying.

Ideal for layovers at airport

Conveniently close to Izmir Airport, comfy bed, quiet room & hotel surroundings (little traffic on road), quiet air conditioning. Access to spa facilities on site (small gym included). The floor was a bit dirty so only half points for cleanliness, but definitely worth the price .. especially when compared to so many overpriced hotels in town.

I only stayed one night. I wanted to eat in the onsite restaurant, but they had to reheat or thaw in microwave, so I canceled. I had a ground floor room that had little patio that led out to a rundown and shared grass/mud area.

Booked this on a whim last minute and arrived 2.5hrs after booking. So glad we found this place staff were beyond fantastic. There was nothing they didnt help with. The clearners definitely need a special thanks as they both went above and beyond despite the language barrier. Food at the hotel was handmade and very cheaply priced very good portions. Absolutely lovely family run hotel, close to the airport, walking areas, Gaziemir for a town. The hotel staff, the nicely decorated rooms and outdoor space made thos stay beyond expectations. Will book again for our next trip.

Beware lying hotel owner

We wanted to pay cash when we saw this hotel on hotels.com. When we talked on the phone, the guy (son of the owner) working there confirmed the price for two family rooms to be the same as on the app. When we arrived there however, we were met with a greedy hotelowner that basically lied to us and said the price we saw and got over the phone was for one standard room alone, which just wasn’t the case. He then tried to put 5 people (of which 3 were children who were exhausted) in to a room for two people. I’m no lawyer, but this seems illegal. He then lied to us, saying that the advert on hotels.com was a fraud and that we really shouldn’t buy it, as it would mean losing our money. I called his bluff, and sure enough the two FAMILY rooms were booked for the same price he wanted to put all 5 of us in one standard room. He still didn’t admit that he was lying and doubled down, saying that my reservation was wrong and was for four people instead of 5, which also was a lie. When confronted with showing my confirmation on my phone, he yapped about how we got a worse room and all; basically he lied his teeth out so he could scam us into paying 2x. That being said, the rooms were OK, they all had AC and we slept fine. Breakfast was also fine. If the owner wasn’t such a greedy liar, this place would have received a pretty good rating from me.

Für ein 5 Sterne Haus ist das sehr dürftig. Viel Dreck und Staub im Zimmer. Im Bad wurde ein Küchenutensil als Mülleimer und eine Küchenbürste als Klobürste eingesetzt. Im Eingangsbereich wurde viel geraucht. Das Frühstück wurde sehr lieblos serviert. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir haben eine Tag gastiert, das Zimmer war sauber und groß, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefülht. Der junge Mann am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons une nuit dans cet hôtel afin de se rendre à l’aéroport tôt le matin. Nous déconseillons, pas d’eau chaude, le wifi fonctionnait très mal, lieu assez glauque. Le réceptionniste nous a à peine considéré et était très pressé de retourner jouer à ses jeux vidéo. Aucun accueil et lieu laissant à désirer.

Ich habe mich nicht sicher gefühlt. Hotel denke unbewohnt, im Zimmer alles staubig dreckig, spinnweben und kaum Hotelgäste gesehen. Bisschen ein komisches Hotel. Gewisse Sachen im Zimmer funktionieren nicht mal.

Pour une étape.

Ne pas se fier à la dénomination hotel-spa dont on peut avoir l'habitude en français. C'est un hotel d'etape, à deux pas de l'aéroport et l'environnement n'est pas folichon (ca ressemble a une zac). Petit déjeuner juste correct, sans plus. Problème de wifi a l'arrivee mais réglé par la suite.
