This fantastic single story 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom urban retreat, located steps away from “THE DISTRICT” and convenient to Foundren, provides easy access to the freeway, shopping centers, and Jackson's most renowned dining spots. With a total of 9 beds and three baths, this home is designed to offer both ample space and comfort. The property is equipped with a 65" smart TV in the living room and complimentary Wifi, along with a fully stocked kitchen ready for both short and extended stays.

The space
The property comprises a total of five bedrooms, primary room with King- size bed, 2 other bedrooms featuring queen-size beds, while the other two bedrooms are furnished with two twin-size beds each, also 2 ottoman sleepers pull out to be single beds, one in primary room, another in 2nd bedroom. The kitchen layout is open-concept, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere throughout the home. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, allowing for easy meal preparation, and there is a dining table with seating for six guests.Beyond the back door, you will find both an enclosed patio and an open-air patio, providing versatile outdoor spaces for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, there is a charming treehouse that offers a fun and exciting play area for children.

Traveling as a group doesn’t mean you have to give up luxury. Our 5-bedroom, 3 full bathroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Plus, it is located in a safe neighborhood that will provide a calm oasis.


Equipped with all the details and amenities of home, you can unwind in a peaceful environment close to everything you need. Our bedrooms have high-quality mattresses and fresh linens so you can get an amazing night’s sleep!

While you will be near famous restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a meal at home with your loved ones. Our kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances for your next culinary adventure:

Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors - this is a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities, fines may be imposed, and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted.

You will provide the exact number of guests, as this information is crucial for our cleaning team to ensure sufficient towels and linens are prepared. Any additional guests beyond the number indicated in the listing will require prior approval.

If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.

Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a $500 fee and may result in an immediate eviction.

Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

- Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Per the city's rules for Airbnb, all backyard lights must be off during quiet time.

✦︎ Housekeeping & Linen Policy Notice:

Please note that all linens, bath towels, and other provided items are accounted for before and after each stay. In the event that any items are missing or damaged (including stains that cannot be removed), corresponding charges will be applied.

A minimum charge of $10 will be applied for any missing linens or towels, with additional fees depending on the extent of loss or damage.

We kindly ask all guests to treat these items with care to avoid any additional charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
