Welcome to the beautiful and serene oceanfront community of the Shipwatch Villas.
Located in the private gated community of Omni Amelia Island Plantation. The ocean views from this top floor condo are unbelievable! There are incredible views from every room! Gorgeous ocean views, Intracoastal views as well as pool views! You won't be disappointed!

This well-appointed and recently updated with wood flooring in the (living, dining and second and third bedroom), three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront condo has everything you could want for a fabulous weekend getaway or a memorable summer vacation with the family. This beautifully furnished condo has all the comforts of home with recently updated wood floors and fresh paint in living room. The condo is also equipped with Wi-Fi internet as well as cable and streaming for your enjoyment.

Each bedroom has a flat screen tv as well as one in the living room for use. The master bedroom is wonderfully furnished for comfort with a spacious king size bed for relaxing. The second bedroom has two sets of twin size beds, while the third bedroom has two XL double beds for use. Each bedroom has a full bathroom which has been updated with two of the bathrooms having sitting areas for the evening preparations for a night on the town. All have amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway with unforgettable sunsets on the west side of the condo with those amazing ocean views on the east side!

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed for your stay while leading into the spacious dining room with seating for six and of course, the amazing southern coastal views! The living room has ample seating with two couches as well as two recliners and a large flat screen tv to enjoy.

Whether you choose to sit on the oceanfront balcony or the primary bedroom balcony, enjoying the Intracoastal beauty, or take a stroll through the grounds of the Omni Resort - Amelia Island and its wonderful bike and walkway paths, make Amelia Island and Shipwatch Villas your vacation destination. **NOTE - There are 6-8 stairs once off the elevator before entering the condo. The condo itself is all on one level**

**Omni Hotel main pool and fitness center , golf course, tennis courts, and Omni shuttle are not included with this rental. However, Shipwatch Villas has a wonderful oceanfront pool (seasonally heated) available for use as well Omni public amenities, shopping, restaurants, parks and trails.**

This condo was perfect for more than 1 reason! Both the sunrise over the Atlantic and sunsets over the river could be seen and the view all around was beautiful. Everything was provided including beach towels and a beach chair… having 3 bathrooms was very helpful for our family to get ready for my grandson’s wedding at Walker’s Landing! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!
A nice “walk over” allowed all ages to relax on the beach after we sent the honeymooners off!

Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Condo was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. Sunrises off the back deck and sunsets off the bedroom deck are spectacular. The only critique is the cleaners need to pay closer attention to shower walls. Highly mineralized water also causes mineral deposits on shower heads. That said, we would still highly recommend this property

Absolutely perfect place for our family “girls trip”! Ages from 14 to 92 enjoyed staying in this beautifully kept condo. The showers had great pressure, water hot, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the beach and pool and the Omni property is beautifully landscaped. Do note there is a small flight of stairs outside the elevator on each floor.

Perfect stay for our group of 5 (4 adults and 1 toddler.) The pool and beach were so convenient and the place was very quiet. Great restaurants close by but we also ate in many of our meals thanks to the well stocked kitchen. The three separate bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space of their own.

Great location and perfect size and layout for our family including 2 young grandchildren. Beautiful views! Great price!Sheets in king bed were not clean, and the kitchen cabinets and cookware were grimy.
