The kitchen is lovingly stocked with everything you need for your stay. There is even a coffee corner for your morning brew which you can enjoyon your private covered balcony. You overlook a beautiful treed area which is blissfully quiet. You will love staying here.There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, and there is free Wi-Fi throughout. Two parking spaces included with rental.The complex has tennis courts and a pool for you to enjoy, and a walkway to the beach. Come and stay with us for a while.

    The whole place was clean, spacious, and enjoyable. Family friendly and close to the beaches. My son loved the pool and the options of board games were a plenty in this place. Great unwinding on the screened in porch. Plenty of supplies which is always great.

    Amelia Landings is a very private community, centrally located within Amelia Island. Only a short walk to the beach and minutes away from downtown and most dining options. Quiet and safe. A true slice of heaven to disconnect. A1A Vacation Rentals manages the rental of the property and they are truly excellent. Timely communication at all times and effortless check in process. Highly recommend.
