HALF A MILE FROM THE BEACH AND GOLF CART INCLUDED! This gorgeous, remodeled beach cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 guests, we are also Pet-Friendly! The open living room and kitchen are perfect for a family or group to relax and gather. Enjoy the modern features of this cottage and all the amenities it offers. The coastal furnishings offer a bright and airy escape after a long day at the beach or exploring beautiful Amelia Island. Inside, you'll find the living room equipped with a large flat-panel TV. Each bedroom a flat-panel TV as well. The home brings in a ton of natural light! The screened in back porch is perfect for gathering and sitting outside while sipping your morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine. Downtown Fernandina Beach is less than two miles away with shopping, local restaurants, the marina, coffee shops, etc... all super close by.

Location: This home is only a half a mile away from the beach yet tucked away on an incredibly cozy cul-de-sac and large lot with a fenced in back yard for the kids to play and the dogs to roam. You cannot ask for a better island location. Just minutes away from downtown restaurants, shopping, and Fort Clinch. Additional Amenities: \--Charcoal grill \--TVs in all bedrooms and family room \--Stainless appliances in kitchen with large French-door refrigerator \--Kitchen equipped with toaster, cutlery, dishes, glasses, and Keurig Coffee Maker! \-- All Bed Linens and towels are provided with this rental. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. There are no food items, spices or condiments provided. * This is a smoke- and tobacco-free environment, both inside and outside. This includes all smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, and all / any other use of tobacco products, marijuana, or other illegal substances, etc. Pets are allowed.
