Starting Mid-March 2025, essential repairs will begin at this complex, including loud concrete and steel hammering. These repairs, mandated by Florida law following the 2024 milestone study, are crucial to maintaining the building's safety and integrity. The work will primarily impact the staircases and balconies. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs will last about one year.

The quoted price at checkout includes a 30% discount off the nightly rate. Please note: No further discounts will be available and no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
