The condo features an open layout that creates an airy, comfortable atmosphere for gathering or unwinding. The living area includes a fireplace and large windows that bring in abundant light, making it a welcoming place to settle in at any time of day.

Sleeping arrangements
Two well-appointed bedrooms provide restful accommodations for up to four guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, direct access to the lanai, and a TV. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and its own TV, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. Both rooms include bed linens and storage for your belongings.

Outdoor living
The screened lanai serves as a private outdoor retreat overlooking the golf course. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, it offers a comfortable spot to enjoy fresh air and quiet surroundings.

Nice place close to beach

Enjoyed our stay here. Place very nice and clean. It would be better if you did not have to get and return keys. Electronic /key pad door locks are the way to go

Nice condo!

We had a very good stay at Sawgrass CC. The property was nice and cleaned. Bed is very comfortable. Although, the owner did not leave any dish washer detergent so you on your own for everything you need to clean. Property management people are nice and lay back. Overall, we do enjoy the place.

Overall the condo layout was great for my wife and I and our 13 month old. Great location. The cleanliness was an issue as the condo wasn't clean at all when we arrived. 3 dead cockroaches, dirt on countertops and bathrooms, and all of our feet were black after walking on the carpet. If they could detail clean, the place would be great. Thank you

Great Location to Beach

If you are staying in order to go to the beach, this is one of the closest subdivisions within Sawgrass. The walk is very short, even with two 7 year old boys. Temporary club memberships, by the way, are NOT available with any rental unless it is a month long, FYI. The house is clean and quaint and great for a family that wanted to mostly stay isolated, cook at home and go to the beach!

Nice, Spacious Condo

We were a group of 4 senior adults. Two in our party had appts. at the Mayo Clinic and the other 2 were spouses. The condo fit our needs perfectly. Spacious living area. The protected outdoor area was a great space to have dinner and relax afterwards. We all agreed that it was a perfect place for our group.

The perfect spot

A beautiful property so close to Sawgrass for the Players. It had everything we could want including a view of a golf course and a half mile walk to the beach. Restaurants close by and the ones we tried were very good.
