Check in was incredibly easy, we ended up having to extend our stay by one night and Michelle was so easy to work with to extend our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the home, and the location was perfect for appointments at Mayo. Definitely recommend for anyone!

Great place and perfect location!

Great place to stay. Very close to the beach in a very nice neighborhood. The house was exactly as it was described in the online description and the host was easily accessible and great to work with. We will definitely rent this place again!

Clean and newly renovated house with great rear yard. Kitchen had everything we needed. Stayed for two weeks and lived out of our suitcases because there were no dressers. Closets available but I usually don't hang underwear and t-shirts. Otherwise, beautiful bathrooms and perfect screened in front porch.

Overall rating: 4.0-4.5. Having lived in South Jax Beach previously, I loved the location. The pros: I would rent again. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It's easy to access A1A, JTB, groceries, etc. It's also easy to access the beach. Beach towels. The con's: Limited towels, only one bath towel per person. No steak knives. Only one cutting knife. Limited utensils. Limited dishwashing soap.
