Outdoor living
The screened-in lanai is built for gathering - a fire pit, tiki hut, and outdoor grill station set the scene for evenings under the Florida sky. The private pool is available all year, with heating available upon advance request at an additional fee of $40/day.

Living & dining
Inside, an open-concept layout flows from the living room - anchored by a large flat-screen HDTV - into a fully equipped kitchen with a granite island, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and barbecue utensils. A dining table seats the group comfortably.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 across five bedrooms: a primary suite on the main floor with a king bed and en suite bath; a second bedroom with a queen bed and private bath; a third bedroom with two queen beds; a fourth bedroom upstairs with two full beds and en suite bath; and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed and private bath.

Bathrooms & laundry
Four and a half bathrooms are spread across both floors. In-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, bed linens, and essentials are all included.

Sawgrass Country Club puts you minutes from the beach, local dining, and nearby shops - everything you need for a laid-back coastal stay.

Dog-friendly with pre-approval and additional fees (limit two dogs).

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
